To ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible standards of service and advice, our datacenters are subject to continuous maintenance, improvement and (re)certification. The certificates obtained are proof of our compliance with international standards and requirements in relation to security, quality and sustainability.
Current certifications
Information security management - ISO 27001
ISO 27001 is the leading standard applying to the reliability and security of IP processes in a datacenter. This certification specifies requirements for defining, implementing, executing, monitoring, assessing, updating and improving a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS) in the context of the general business risks for the organisation. All within a framework of the general business risks facing the company. The certificate provides you as our customer with a guarantee that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data are safeguarded.
Access security - NCP BORG class 4
Our datacenters are protected in accordance with BORG class 4. This is the highest attainable standard in the Netherlands for normal business premises. At our datacenter, electronic security to the highest standards is matched by equally stringent security of physical, structural elements, such as doors, fences and locks. From a power fence and strengthened access gates to the 50 CCTV cameras, circle locks and biometric security measures we have installed, Dataplace's overall security shell consists of a standard minimum five layers, providing protection up to your own rack.
Quality management - ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the international standard for safeguarding and managing quality in an organisation's activities. The quality management system is important for our overall quality policy, with the emphasis being placed on quality assurance and ensuring its continuous improvement and optimisation as well as that of the resulting customer satisfaction.
Environment management - ISO 14001
Sustainability, the environment and energy saving are essential pillars for our working procedures and services. ISO 14001 is the standard for a good environmental management system, ensuring effective control and reduction of the environmental impact of our operations. It guides our efforts towards continuous improvement of our environmental performance and making efficient use of raw materials and energy.
Energy management - ISO 50001
The ISO 50001 certificate was obtained as a complement to our sustainability policy. This is the leading standard for an effective energy management system. The measures implemented in our datacenters ensure reduced energy consumption and energy costs. We continuously strive to improve our energy performance.
Outsourcing standard - ISAE 3402 type 2
Eurofiber Cloud Infra creates an ISAE 3402 type 2 report on an annual basis. This is the international standard for (control of) outsourcing. This allows our clients to demonstrate to their auditors that our services are secure and well regulated. After signing an NDA, this confidential report can be temporarily made available for viewing.
