Configuration of this data center

The data centre is fully equipped for easy move-in and maintenance of your IT infrastructure. There is a car park on our premises where there are always enough free parking spaces, so that you can perform maintenance on your servers at any time. There is also a charging station. There is a loading bay which you can use for loading and unloading large quantities of equipment. The entire building is barrier-free, there is a high lift and trolleys are at your disposal to easily move equipment and tools. In addition, there is work space where you can sit down to work quietly and there are meeting rooms that you can reserve.

Security of data center Spaanse Kubus 

Through a strict access procedure, Bytesnet ensures that only authorised persons are allowed inside the Datacenter. The procedure is set up and certified according to the ISO 27001 standard. You have 24/7 access to your Data room and your own Rack(s), possibly equipped with the smartacces © system we developed, whereby access to your rack can be monitored by yourself. By means of access locks, access within our data centres is limited to one authorised person at a time.

Fire prevention in our data center

Our focus is mainly on detecting dust and soot particles as early as possible with Very Intelligent Early Warning (VIEW) smoke detectors and dual Very Early Smoke Detection Alarms (VESDA) installations with High Sensitivity Smoke Detection (HSSD).  Naturally, all data rooms have automatic fire extinguishing systems and call forward to the fire brigade.
