This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of business contacts and customers by Eurofiber Cloud Infra (further mentioned as Eurofiber)

What is personal data? 

Personal data is described as all data about an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, the names and contact details of customer representatives (existing or potential customers in the form of a company or government organization), and information about visitors of our visiting our website(s). 

The processing of personal data is subject to special legal provisions. When we process the personal data of (potential) customers or other website visitors, we comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’).  

We process personal data lawfully, honestly and transparently. We organize our processing as  much as possible  in within  the European Economic Area. 

Which personal data do we process?  

Eurofiber Cloud Infra processes your personal data because you use our services or because you have given us permission to do so. We only process the minimal amount of data necessary to deliver our services and/or to inform you about our services and products. We therefore process your:

• (business) phone number  

• (business) email address 

• (business) address 

When you visit our website you want to have access to the information we publish. We register your IP address, browser characteristics and we use cookies. You have insight in and can change your permission to the cookies used at any time via our Cookie Policy

We process your information for the following goals:

Can I have insight, change or delete my personal data? 

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Eurofiber and you have the right to data portability. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to privacy@eurofibercloudinfra.com 

How do we ensure your personal data is safe with us?  

We take steps to maintain an adequate level of security by implementing technical and organizational security measures. All of our services and processes are designed to the highest standards and are (in the process of) being certified according to the ISO standards of 27001, 9001 and 22301.  

We take the safety of your data very serious. If you have any questions regarding this subject – please do not hesitate to contact us.  

Hoe long do we keep your data? 

We do not keep your data any longer then necessary to achieve the purpose with which the data was collected. If you have given us permission to contact you about our offers or services or have indicated you would like to receive a newsletter – we keep your data based on the permission you have given us. If you retract this permission (via the opt-out option or in any other way) – we will no longer contact you and delete or anonymize your personal data.  

Do we share your data with others? 

Eurofiber Cloud Infra is part of the Eurofiber Group. If this is necessary for the delivery of your services, your personal data may be shared with other entities within the Eurofiber group. As Eurofiber group wishes to collaborate and serve their (potential) customers with excellent and fitting solutions – we also share prospect and customer personal data for the purpose of cross-selling other Eurofiber products. We will always be transparent about this to you and – if you do not want this - respect your wish not be commercially contacted by Eurofiber Cloud Infra and/or by any other entities within the Eurofiber group. You can do so via the opt-out option in our newsletters or by indicating this to your account manager. You can also inform privacy@eurofibercloudinfra.com. 

Special categories of personal data  

Eurofiber does not have the intention to collect personal data from individuals visiting our website that are under 18 years. However we cannot control the age of our visitors. If you think we have collected personal information about minors by accident – please contact us at privacy@eurofibercloudinfra.com immediately so we can take appropriate action and delete that data instantly.
