All rack formats are fitted as standard with two power strips (PDUs): one for each power feed. Power consumption is either charged subsequently, per kWh and based on actual consumption, or purchased in advance.
¼ private rack
If you have a limited number of servers that you wish to house in a secure environment and a maximum 10U rack space is sufficient for your needs, then a quarter 19" rack is the ideal solution. Quarter racks come in standard 10U format and are provided with two separated power feeds, each protected by 16 Amp fuses.
⅓ private rack
These racks are only available at our Nedzone location.
If you have a limited number of servers that you wish to house in a secure environment and a maximum 12U rack space is sufficient for your needs, then a third of a 19" rack is the ideal solution. Thirds of racks come in standard 12U format and are provided with two separated power feeds, each protected by 16 Amp fuses.
½ private rack
Where a quarter or third of a rack is insufficient (any longer) for your needs, you can simply upgrade to a half 19” rack. Half racks are provided with two separated power feeds, each protected by 16 Amp fuses.
Full private rack
If your business has expanded to a point beyond the capacity of a half rack, a full private rack offers the best option. A standard full 19” rack is provided with two separated power feeds, each protected by 32 Amp fuses.
